MoneyVoice, PBC is the corporate name for MoneyVoice. In this Privacy Policy, when the words “MoneyVoice”, “our”, “us” or “we” are used, they shall refer to MoneyVoice, PBC, and when the words “you”, “your”, or “User” are used, they refer to you.

We know that your information is important, and we want you to know that it is important to us as well. We have prepared this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) to clearly inform you of our policies and procedures regarding all of your information including what data we collect about you, how we collect it and our use and disclosure of that information. We only collect information that is relevant to the purpose of providing you with the best possible experience of our Services. We collect many different types of information through several different ways, including but not limited to:

Partnership with Plaid Technologies, Inc. MoneyVoice uses Plaid Technologies, Inc. (“Plaid”) to gather your data from financial institutions which means that your data will be treated by Plaid in accordance with Plaid’s privacy policy available at https://plaid.com/legal. By using the Service, you grant us and Plaid the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from the relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid Privacy Policy available at https://plaid.com/legal.

Children. MoneyVoice does not knowingly collect information from children, and the Services are not intended for children under the age of 13.

Other Uses of Collected Information. In addition to collecting information to deliver our Services, improve our Services, develop content, help Users manage their accounts, and communicate with Users, we may also use collected information as described more fully in a separate agreement that we may have with individual Users.

How we contact you. We may contact you in connection with your transactions and other activities in connection with the Services, including, but not limited to, confirmation emails, or to deliver important news that could affect your relationship with the Services.

Changes to Privacy Policy

If you decide to use the Services, your activity and any disputes are subject to this Privacy Policy and the application of California Law. MoneyVoice may amend this Privacy Policy at any time, at its sole discretion by posting an amended version on its website and sending you written notice thereof. Such amendment will become effective 30 days after such notice (unless you first terminate your access to the Service pursuant to the terms of service available at https://app.moneyvoice.com/terms-of-service/. Your continued use of the Service after such 30-day notice period will confirm your consent to such amendment.
